Danny was great. He diagnosed the problem and completed the installation of our new Ecobee thermostat. He checked that both heating and air conditioning was working correctly.

Lucas was amazing. Diagnosed the problem very quickly - turned out to be a problem we’d had before that took the previous company a few visits to figure out. Explained it thoroughly.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for Evolution Air after the experience we had with them. We had a new HVAC system installed in our home in July. Before choosing Evolution Air, I met with several different HVAC companies. Some were more expensive and some were less, but I came away from my conversations with Evolution feeling like they were the right company for the job — and they absolutely proved me right. Because the new system had to integrate with some older existing equipment in our home, we experienced a few issues after the initial installation. This is where Evolution Air really distinguished themselves. They were incredibly responsive, professional and committed to getting everything exactly right. A special shout-out to Maria in customer service, who was fantastic throughout the entire process, and to Mike, the owner, who personally assured me that they would not walk away from the job until everything was working perfectly. He meant it. Every person we dealt with — from the installers to the service technicians to the office staff — was terrific. They stood behind their work, communicated with us throughout the process and genuinely cared about making sure we were completely satisfied. You learn a lot about a company not just when everything goes perfectly, but in how they respond when something needs additional attention. Evolution Air could not have handled it better. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company they can trust.
