Evolution Plumbing & HVAC

Evolution Plumbing & HVAC is a Natick, MA plumbing and HVAC outfit serving MetroWest towns, run by master plumber Adam Fernandes alongside technician Ryan Luttrell -- and it draws consistent, no-fine-print praise across 23 Google reviews, all five stars, with seventeen landing in just the past six months and none negative. The reviews keep circling back to the same thing: they show up fast, even in an emergency, and actually explain what they're doing. In a January 2026 review, a customer described calling late on a Friday afternoon after a steam heating pipe sprang a leak and having Adam pull into the driveway before the call even ended; a more recent review recounts a Sunday emergency handled with 'excellent service and communication.' The work itself spans the full range of the trade -- converting a home from oil to gas and adding a heat pump to an old brick house's air handler, installing central air mid-summer, redoing kitchen and bathroom plumbing during a renovation, fixing a sump pump, and, per a review from late 2025, switching an oil boiler over to propane. Adam's Massachusetts plumbing license (#15315-PL-M) is registry-verified active, and on Google the company holds 4.9 stars from 38 ratings. A mid-2026 Nextdoor post named them as a neighbor's 'go to.' There's not much to caution about here -- the record is short on complaints of any kind. Worth confirming they cover your specific town, since the business names a defined list of MetroWest communities it serves.
