I’ve used Carlo many times for my plumbing issues and I’ve had some tricky ones. I was always very satisfied until now. I had an appt set up with him to install 2 new toilets. They weren’t delivered when they were expected. I let Carlo know and he said we could reschedule. They were delivered a couple of days later. I called Carlo to let him know they were delivered. Any time I have contacted Carlo before he always either answered his phone or texted back. This time I called twice and texted once. He never responded back. If he was busy and couldn’t do the job or decided he didn’t want the job a response back would have been nice. I found that very unprofessional and will not be using CFC Plumbing again. I also will no longer be referring him to anyone.

I highly recommend CFC plumbing. Incredibly responsive and helpful to a novice that knows little to nothing about plumbing. He quickly fixed the issue and kindly and patiently explained the issue. Thank you!!!
