I spoke to Dorian, the owner, one week ago as I needed to purchase and install a Flo by Moen automatic water shutoff. He ordered it and had one of his plumbers, Andrew, install it today! Andrew is a bright young man and an excellent plumber. He walked me through the app and mabe sure I was comfortable with it. Fair price...excellent job! I will use this company for all my plumbing needs going forward.

We had two water heaters replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional from start to finish — punctual, clean, and clearly knew what they were doing. They answered all our questions, and left the work area clean when they were done. Both units were installed quickly.It’s rare to find a plumbing company this reliable and easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone needing water heater replacement or general plumbing work!

Overall very satisfied with east central plumbing. Had to replace my navien system and they came and gave me quote that was fair, and showed up the day of job and got it done and the new system was installed very professionally and they walked me thru all the changes and registered my new system. Would recommend.

I used East Central Plumbing a couple years ago with a pipe leaking under my sink. Dorin came immediately, to assess the issue & had the repair done quickly. He also gave me good advise on addressing the water damage so it didn’t get much worse. Fast forward to today. I thought I had another leak. Dorin fit me in to check it out, but let me know he likely wouldn’t be able to fix the problem until tomorrow - which was fine. I’m just happy he returns my call so quickly. It turned out to be my water heater died. Again, he didn’t over-promise, but said he’d see if he could get a replacement today. He confirmed he did & had a couple of his guys come out - they were awesome too. Very reliable team, and I believe very reasonable and fair pricing for such great service.
