We had a wonderful experience with Exclusive Roofing of Somerset. Stephen, the owner, came to our home to evaluate the shingling work needed and responded promptly with a quote, which turned out to be a very reasonable and fair price for the job. Stephen responded every time we called and kept us apprised of when he could begin the job. His crew was experienced, very efficient and completed the job in one day. This was our first time having a roof replacement. We received a few quotes and we chose Steve with Exclusive Roofing. This is a company with integrity. We were more than satisfied with how Steve conducted his business from beginning to end. He uses quality product and competent crews! The work crew was amazing! They prepared, completed, and cleaned up in about 5-6 hours! The roof looks fantastic! At completion, Steve came by to check the work and to make sure we were satisfied. I was honestly prepared to clean up and reset all the outdoor furniture etc. but they did it ALL ….and QUICKLY! We were very satisfied with scheduling, pricing, and project completion and would highly recommend Exclusive Roofing! Thank you Steve!

Highly recommend!! I'm very pleased with the overall experience I've had with Exclusive Roofing Inc.! Steve & his crew did an amazing job! Very professional, and they did an awesome job cleaning up when they were done with my roof. I especially like that Steve came out to do the estimate himself, he gave me a detailed rundown of everything that would be accomplished & he gave me swatches to pick the color shingle of my choice.

Steve and his crew performed scope of work (minus chimney) in a single day in 2022 - it was like watching an orchestra perform. He knew exactly what to do in regards to ensuring my house would be leak free upon conclusion of work. I described to him the need for new sheathing in many spots on the house and some on the garage. He took a look at my concern areas, scope of the work, and knew how to quote it and what would be required of his crew. He is probably the best in the area coordinating - knows how to plan around the weather and will man his crews accordingly. I had him come back this year to ensure the flashing was still good around the chimney. A January storm with 65+mph wind & 2-3 inches of rain had some rain coming in through my chimney (my luck). Steve made me aware of the re-pointing in the near term back in 2022, which I had not gotten around to. When he ensured his flashing was good, he & his crew noticed the chimney cracks and had his crew patch what they could of the chimney until the weather would cooperate for a re-pointing, rebuild, or take-down (my preference) - no charge because he is just a really good guy, who wants you & your family with a 2-3 y/o daughter leak-free too. It stayed about leak-free with a few more windstorms - only some glistening on the chimney in the attic space. I ended up getting a pair of quotes for rebuild or taking down the chimney, and Steve had the best quote. He just completed the work today & looks great! Very easy guy to talk to, and he does his work extremely well. I would recommend Steve to anyone especially with bigger jobs - he will hire more if the job & workload requires it. The orchestration of the house and garage roofs again was unbelievable - only found nails in the mulch too! I will definitely always remember his kindness and workmanship - forever thankful for his time.
