In a 2025 review, a Dartmouth homeowner wrote that the whole house got done from roof to windows to vinyl, and that George Bigelow came by on a Sunday and explained what the steps would be. Another 2025 review says George, Jacob and the crew replaced old replacement windows in the house and carriage house/garage and re-shingled the house roof and later the roofs of the garage and sunroom. A 2025 review says the company repaired a large section of a roof in one day and cleaned up all materials. A 2025 Google review praised a kitchen remodel done with perfection and detail. In a 2018 review, a homeowner wrote that the 5-member team did the roofing job in one day. In a 2017 review, a customer wrote that Mr. Bigelow was patient with insurance approval related delays and answered all of their questions. In a 2018 review, a homeowner wrote that after a storm a few shingles blew off a roof done in 2017; he came to replace them and said he would be back during the summer to reinspect, but never did. A 2019 update to that account says Bigelow did come back and inspect the roof and said the shingles were sealed.
