RJM Woodworking

I really hate leaving one star reviews, especially for a small local business, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience with RJM Woodworking. I received an estimate and confirmed that I wanted to move forward with the work. However, I was never given a start date or any indication of when the project would actually begin. I followed up multiple times over the course of a month, but unfortunately never received a response. I completely understand that schedules can get busy and that delays happen, but the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Even a quick response letting me know the status of the project or that they were unable to take it on would have been appreciated.

I am building my first and only acoustic guitar for son in law in the navy. It has navy style inlay in it. Then I was not able todo the inlay around the sound hole because I did not have the tools or the skills to do it. I called RJM. They took the guitar, put the inlay in and also cleaned up my amateur staining mistakes. It looked beautiful. When I asked him for the bill, he said “ it was on the house. FREE. because it was for a Navy veteran. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
