Ethan and his entire team are just incredible. They sized up our need for an ADA accessible renovation and gave us a plan for something we had only imagined and then made it perfectly us. They rolled with every punch and obstacle as well as every change we made in the planning process to make sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted and then made sure we stayed on budget without compromising quality. Can't say enough about how they all worked with us through the planning and permitting process and appreciated greatly the transparency when it came to hours and costs and taking the time to explain everything. Will update this as the work begins but if you are looking for a GC who listens, adapts, and creates at a high level without trying to ever be anything but honest and good, I cannot recommend them enough!

Ethan and his crew transformed our windowless ugly mudroom into a bright sunroom with a gorgeous deck out back. All parts of the project were outstanding, from the design to the execution. The crew cleaned up every night and were meticulous on everything. And stayed on budget! Highly recommend them!

Exponent Homes/ Ethan is direct, straightforward, responsive, and knowledgeable when it comes to residential building. He's an excellent communicator who listens well, asks the right questions and then tells you what he will do and does it. Great with advice for those things you need to know as an owner. He knows that good communication is critical, and that helps to build trust and manage expectations.

We are at nearly the end of our project. Ethan and his team are reliable and easy to work with. Their work is impeccable and I would recommend working with them for any remodeling project. This was my first project and I felt very comfortable to ask any question at any time, and they always did what they said would be done. I had a lot of warranted confidence for this team and would engage with again on other projects.
