A landlord of fifteen-plus years wrote in December 2024 that where other exterminators locked them into a monthly fee and dropped bait, Anthony produced a full exterior report and plugged the holes permanently before setting a single trap inside. If what you have is a nest, a swarm, or mice you want physically shut out, the case that this is a fast and thorough operator is deep, specific and repeated by landlords who keep rehiring him. If what you are buying is the warranty — the promise he comes back when the problem returns — that is precisely the part several customers say did not happen. Get the warranty terms in writing, hold back something until the follow-up visit is done, and confirm the appointment the day before.
