- Full seasonal range — ants, termites, rodents, mosquitoes, ticks, hornets
- Return visits — techs come back to confirm the problem is gone

Ask a Guardian Pest Control customer about their visit and they will tell you the technician's name. Kyle, Elton, Tyler, Sam, Jose, Luke, Sean — across hundreds of reviews the pattern repeats, and it is not the chemistry that gets written about. It is someone standing in your basement telling you what they are seeing as they see it. A June 2026 customer wrote that Tyler went over every inch of the basement and the perimeter, explaining along the way, and left them sure the problem was contained. The Fall River company works the ordinary New England pest calendar: carpenter ants, termites, mice, mosquitoes and ticks, wasps. In June 2026 a customer described a bald-faced hornet nest under a patio heater flange that had made their deck unusable, cleared in minutes. Another that month said the mosquito and tick treatment is the only reason their waterfront yard gets used. A July 2026 first-time homebuyer had termites, mice and carpenter ants dealt with before moving in, and got prevention advice along with it. The volume behind all this is unusual: 500 Google ratings and 100 on Thumbtack, both averaging 5.0, with 115 reviews posted in the last six months alone and none of them negative. One story is worth more than the star count. In May 2026 a homeowner went to Guardian for a second opinion after another company presented a $5,000 plan for a problem it was not certain existed. Guardian fit them in quickly and found no squirrel or mouse activity. Declining to sell a treatment is worth weighing more heavily than another five-star line. The counterweight is small but real. In December 2023 a customer wrote that the treatment did not stop the mice, and that after they cancelled the company still had not collected its traps. That is the one substantive complaint in a very large body of writing and it is over two years old — but a failed rodent job and an uncollected return visit are precisely the two things to ask about before you sign. One more piece of realism, from a July 2026 customer: results take time. They were told a couple of weeks before improvement would show, and wrote their review before it had, praising the people rather than the outcome. Set that expectation before judging the first visit. If you have ants, mice, ticks or a nest and you want a technician who will explain what they found and why, this is an easy call. Ask what happens if the pests come back, and how equipment gets retrieved if you cancel mid-contract.

My husband and I have been using Guardian Pest for a few years now! We had them out at first because of a carpenter ant issue we were having in the spring time. Not only have they continued to keep the ant issue under control but we also have kept all critters and pests at bay, including mice! We have had a few different employees come out over the years that have all been really wonderful! Jose is our most recent and he is always a pleasure to work with! He's friendly, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable! We recommend Guardian Pest to all! They have been incredible to work with!
