We are very pleased with our front steps and happy with our decision to use Family Masonry. They did a great job and have good customer service if you need follow ups or have any questions along the way.

I was met with a young gentleman very courteous and professional. We talked through the plan that we had for our rear patio and side walkway. I found Family Masonry through an online search, and from the very first interaction, I was genuinely impressed. From the initial estimate to the completion of the project, their team was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly easy to work with. We had an old, worn-out concrete walkway and front entry area that had clearly not been updated in decades. Not only was it unattractive, but it had also become a real safety concern—especially during the winter months here in Massachusetts, where snow, ice, and harsh weather can quickly turn uneven surfaces into a serious hazard. What stood out right away was their attention to detail and the thoughtful ideas they brought to the project. They didn’t just come in to replace what was there—they offered smart recommendations that truly improved both the appearance and function of our front steps and entryway. The crew worked extremely hard from start to finish and completely transformed the space. The project included regrading the ground to help divert water away from the house, adding fresh soil to improve the surrounding lawn area, installing brand-new front steps, and creating a beautiful new walkway with a stunning blend of pavers. The final result exceeded our expectations and has completely elevated the look of our home. One of the things I appreciated most was the communication throughout the entire process.
