The crew worked efficiently, paid attention to the details, and left everything looking clean and finished properly. The quality of the asphalt work was excellent, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend Fecteau Asphalt to anyone looking for quality work and a company they can trust.

Great company to work with the owner is sincere and hard-working. All his staff were phenomenal. They did a beautiful job replacing my Driveway would definitely recommend to anyone fast prompt reasonable.

Dear reader, In summary, I do not recommend Fecteau Asphalt Services. Currently undergoing legal proceedings. *Failed attempts to meet after initial court mediation. During court mediation Kevin had agreed to pay $4,500.00 dollars of the $10,000.00 we charged for the unsatisfactory and unfinished job we had agreed. *Failed to complete payment after court mediation. *Failed to show-up to court for failure to complete payment following initial court mediation. Judge ruled on my favor and directed Kevin to repay $6,000.00 plus filing charges. We are awaiting formal notification via mail. Will post an edited version of this review following the 30 day period from the last court date of July 16th, as this is an ongoing case and Kevin has not reached out for resolution. There is no new LLC management and please, notice reviews such as Bruce's, the individual works or worked for the company and leaves a 5 star review (Bruce participate in my home project which was never finished)... Synopsis: Kevin and his crew left my project incomplete and failed to maintain proper communication throughout the process. Kevin missed multiple scheduled appointments without notice, stopped responding to calls and text messages, and did not complete the work despite repeated assurances. Below is a detailed timeline of events: August 27: I requested a quote from Kevin of Fecteau Asphalt Services. Monday, September 8: The crew began working. Tuesday, September 9: Kevin requested a $2,000 payment, citing that his team had not been paid for several weeks. I agreed and made the payment. September 12: Kevin asked me to leave a review. I told him I would do so once the job was completed. We scheduled a follow-up visit for Thursday, September 18 or Friday, September 19 to finish the work. Wednesday, September 17: I texted Kevin to confirm the crew’s arrival time for the following day. No response. Friday, September 19: I texted Kevin again for an update, noting visible unfinished areas and that I had waited two days without hearing back. Saturday, September 20: Kevin replied, apologized for the delay, and provided a new plan to finish the job. We agreed that Friday, September 26 would work, and Kevin assured me he would not stop until I was satisfied. Friday, September 26: I sent Kevin photos showing cracks, rot, and other incomplete work. We agreed his crew would return on Monday, September 29. Sunday, September 28: I texted Kevin to confirm their arrival time for the next day. No response. Monday, September 29: I took the day off from work to wait for Kevin’s crew. Later that day, Kevin texted to say they could not make it and asked what day worked best for me. I asked him to provide a date that he could commit to, since taking time off was causing me financial loss. Kevin assured me they would come on Wednesday, October 1. Tuesday, September 30: I texted Kevin again to confirm the arrival time for October 1. He replied that they would arrive at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 1: Kevin texted again, saying they would arrive at 11:00 a.m. due to rain. Neither Kevin nor his crew showed up, nor did he call or text to explain. I waited all day with no communication. Since October 1, I have called Kevin several times and left voicemails, as well as text messages, but he has not responded. The work remains incomplete, and some areas have deteriorated due to poor workmanship and improper water drainage. Kevin is aware of these issues. Given the total cost of this project—$10,000, plus the time and trust invested—I am now considering further action against Kevin and Fecteau Asphalt Services. To be fair, I will note that Kevin and his team showed honesty when they accidentally damaged my shed, promptly informing me of the incident, and they also assisted with moving two large rocks during the project. However, the overall lack of professionalism and failure to complete the contracted work are unacceptable. Sincerely, Jose
