Federal Kitchen & Lighting is a Quincy, MA cabinet, countertop, and design dealer that also has locations in Framingham, MA and Manchester, NH. Angi and HomeAdvisor list eight years of experience, and the company's own Houzz profile shows custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, built-ins, countertop installation and sales, kitchen and bathroom design consultation, and shower door installation. The written record is dated and mixed. In a 2020 review on HomeAdvisor, a customer rated the company 4.5 stars with a brief compliment. A separate, undated review on the Better Business Bureau's site alleges the company installed a defective product and did not stand behind the work. The Better Business Bureau itself grades the business C+ and is not accredited, citing one unresolved complaint on file. Ask directly about warranty and follow-up support for installed products before signing a contract, and confirm which of the three locations would handle the job. This is a reasonable option for a homeowner shopping for kitchen or bathroom cabinets, countertops, or vanities in the Quincy area, but the unresolved BBB complaint and the defective-product allegation are worth weighing against the company's broad product range before committing.

Them very cool
This company installs defective products and does not back up its work. I ordered a quartz kitchen countertop for my tenant's unit, including the double-bowl under-mount stainless sink provided by the installer.
