Only one customer has written about the company publicly, and it did not go well.
The company works out of 2 Rolling Meadow Drive in Millis. Its BBB page lists a corporation started in September 1999 and incorporated in 2003, with five employees and Zouhair Ferrimy as owner and president, also trading as Ferrimy General Contracting. Its own site says 25 years of remodeling, roofing, siding, deck and general repair work across MetroWest towns including Millis, Medfield, Needham, Newton, Wellesley and Walpole, and Houzz lists it under roofing and gutters with a long roofing service menu — asphalt, metal, rubber, slate, flashing and gutters.
The one written account, a Houzz review from July 2023, is detailed and negative. The homeowner described a small repair job in which crew members set a temporary roof jack by driving multiple nails through the shingles and then sealed the holes; the damage was eventually repaired, but the reviewer said it took many months, and that messages went unanswered and agreed visits did not happen. That single review is why Houzz shows a 1.0-star average.
Two other things are worth raising when you call. Permit activity has thinned — two of the thirty-nine filings fall in the past three years. And the licensing picture is layered: BuildZoom lists an active Massachusetts construction supervisor licence issued in September 2025 and an active home improvement contractor registration, but also several older licences it records as inactive or cancelled, including the CS SL 101192 number Houzz still shows on the profile.
For a MetroWest reroof, this is a long-established firm with a real permit history and an A+ BBB grade. Ask directly about communication and scheduling during the job, get the repair-and-callback terms in writing, and confirm the current licence and registration numbers with the state before signing.
