That profile is the only thing written about the business anywhere the search reached: no customer reviews, no directory file, no permit history. So there is nothing here that speaks to how its projects actually go — not good, not bad. For a custom build or a large addition that gap matters more than it would on a small job. Before signing, ask to see the current Massachusetts home improvement registration and construction supervisor licence, proof of insurance, and the addresses of two or three finished homes you can visit and whose owners you can call.
