Fidelity Pool Service

AWESOME! Professional, good looking, capable people! We called this company to fix our green pool and replace the current service company. They showed up, rang the bell, we all walked around the house, he looked at the pool and already knew what the problem was....just by looking at it! I wasn't sure, then he disassembled the entire filter and showed us exactly what was wrong in less than 2 minutes. He said "ask me anything you want"; so we both started asking all kinds of questions. He knew them all immediately and with confident understanding. He even told us every pool company that had worked on the system in the last 10 years since the pool was put in. Just by knowing the improper repairs and the color of the glue used (and he was right)!!!!! This is a complicated pool but not to them. They weren't the cheapest but gosh, this guy was good!

We hired Jonathan, owner of Fidelity Pool Service, to replace the liner on our above ground Esther Williams pool. He did an outstanding job installing the liner and included a few extra jobs at no additional cost. Our new liner looks awesome! He was both personable and professional and worked very hard to complete the job. All around we were highly satisfied and would not hesitate to hire him again. I definitely recommend his services!

My experience with Fidelity Pool Service has been great. They are the most professional pool company in the area, and I have tried them all. Jonathan not only knows so much about pools and equipment, but ensures me that he has my best interest in mind with pricing too. I have a somewhat complicated system and he was able to troubleshoot my problem in a few minutes when other companies could not then made the necessary repairs.
