We have worked with several different pool companies over the years, most of which were just okay and some that were downright disappointing. We are thrilled to have found Octopus Pools! Dana and Ben are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable (our pool looks great and the chemistry is spot on) and so responsive and clear with communications. Customer service is a definite strength. We had a special event recently, and they made sure that the pool was ready in time. We could not be happier that we can rest easy and just enjoy our pool now. Highly recommend!
Very appreciative we have Octopus Pool Services to help us with our pool! We came across an issue over the weekend when trying to open the pool ourselves. We sent an email on Saturday with pictures describing the problem and they were here Monday morning to help correct. Dana, Ben and team were amazing! Extremely helpful, patient, fair and kind. We have worked with a number of local pool companies and struggled to find someone that offered fair pricing and was easy to work with. Our search is finally over and we will never call anyone else, they are THE BEST!
These guys are absolutely the best! Honestly, I’m a difficult rater for services and I like most people, rarely leave reviews, unless I’m very upset. However, I feel so thankful to have Octopus helping me with my pool. They know their stuff, and are extremely kind.
