Finest Kind Cleaning Services

Finest Kind Cleaning Services is a Lynnfield, Massachusetts cleaning company that's become something close to a family institution for a striking number of its clients: several reviewers describe relationships with owner Gilberto stretching 17, 20, even 25 years — and in a handful of cases, Gilberto's parents cleaned for the same family before he took over. The company, which says it's been locally owned for 21 years, covers routine and deep house cleaning, move-in/move-out and post-renovation cleanups, and office, clinic and community-space cleaning across Massachusetts. This is an unusually deep, unusually consistent record — all 40 written reviews on file are five stars, and 19 of them landed in just the past six months. What repeats across nearly every one is the same combination: punctuality, thoroughness, and care that goes past the checklist. A contractor who hired the crew directly, in an April 2026 review, called the results 'extremely detailed and done to a very high standard'; a separate 2026 review described a post-construction cleanup after a basement and attic renovation where the team got residual dust 'out of nooks and crannies' the reviewer hadn't expected touched. One client, in a January 2026 review, noted the team organized a pantry closet without being asked; another, in an April 2026 review, said Finest Kind takes on extra projects and house-management-type tasks while the family is away for weeks at a time. A 2025 review from a household with three cats said the home is left 'sparkling and smells great' despite the pets. For a homeowner weighing a first cleaning service against one built on decades of trust — including clients whose parents used the same company before them — this is about as strong a signal of consistency as a review record can show.
