Ap Good Cleaning

AP Good Cleaning is a family-run house-cleaning outfit serving the Boston area and Massachusetts, run day-to-day by its owner Diego together with his wife Patricia, occasionally joined by a third cleaner, Adriana. The company's own site says it offers recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, post-construction, after-party and Airbnb-turnover cleaning, alongside some commercial work. Reviewers going back to 2022 keep returning to the same two names — Diego and Patricia — and describing homes left spotless. Across three-plus years of reviews, several customers describe long-running relationships. In a 2025 review, one client wrote they'd used the crew "for over 3 years," and another, also from 2025, described using AP for both a primary home and a rental property, crediting the cleaning with helping the rental hold onto its Airbnb "Superhost" status. The deep clean is a recurring theme in the record: reviewers describe a first deep clean converting into ongoing monthly or biweekly service, and a 2025 review described "over 5 hours" spent cleaning "every nook and cranny" of a new home. The most recent review, from March 2026, describes the same pattern — a deep clean the homeowner wished they'd booked sooner. The one specific negative account on record, a 2★ review from January 2025, described a deep clean booked ahead of an open house that left cleaning-product residue in the shower grout, bagged garbage left outside rather than taken with the crew, and furniture and small items not put back where they had been. That single detailed complaint is worth asking about directly if a deep clean is time-sensitive — an open house, a move — since it describes real gaps in a job with unusually tight standards. Outside that one account, the written history through 2026 describes consistent recurring cleanings with no comparable complaint. For routine or recurring residential cleaning, deep cleans, move-outs or short-term-rental turnovers around Boston, this is a well-reviewed, family-run crew with one flagged rough day on record.
