Repainting downstairs rooms, patching drywall, and refinishing a floor are among the jobs customers describe hiring First Call Contracting to do. The Easthampton business says it provides repair, painting, and improvement services for homeowners, landlords, property managers, and small businesses across the surrounding Pioneer Valley. Its stated service area includes Northampton, Amherst, Holyoke, South Hadley, and Greenfield. A September 2026 Google reviewer described Alex repainting most of their downstairs: the living room, dining room, kitchen, and two guest rooms. He also patched drywall, removed old caulk, painted French doors, and installed light fixtures. The customer praised communication and attention to detail, saying the rooms looked fresh and clean afterward. Another customer writing that month said Alex listened carefully to the requested tasks, arrived on time, came prepared, and kept them updated throughout the job. A separate reviewer praised a refinished floor. A customer discussing work with their television said it swiveled, rotated, and angled smoothly, and considered the price reasonable for the area.
