We have used JC Tonnotti three times now - once to replace an old roof with leaking skylight, the 2nd time to replace a damaged gutter and most recently for new windows in our home. Each time, they were responsive, professional, and thorough. Their prices are fair, lower than many other companies, but still with the service behind the product you'd expect to come with a premium price tag. Every employee we encountered was friendly and knowledgable. They answered our questions, addressed all of our concerns, and left the job site clean behind them. I highly recommend JC Tonnotti.

The installation crew was professional, courteous, efficient, and extremely respectful of my home. What impressed me most was how clean they were. They worked all day, yet when they finished, you would never have known they had been there. Everything was cleaned up and left absolutely immaculate. It took them more than three weeks to send someone to my home for a window quote. The experience was not great - no transparency in pricing, and the quote just seemed random, as Ava refused to provide a written breakdown. They also have a 12-week lead time for installation. When they followed up, there was a huge lack of professionalism and customer service. 10/10 would NOT recommend working with Ava. Check the Yelp reviews before moving forward with them.

I highly recommend J.C. Tonnotti Window Co.! It was so nice working with a very professional group of people. They all treat you and your home with respect. The price was very fair, and the outcome was absolutely beautiful. It was such a pleasure to meet Mike, Shane and Chris. Each one of them is a true craftsmen!
