Joe does amazing work at a fair price. The craftsmanship is outstanding as is the customer service. Joe goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work. He replaced our roof and successfully solved a ventilation issue in the process. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of roofing, replacing gutters as well as some restoration work we needed due to a water leak. By far, the most knowledgeable and fair contractor I have ever worked with.
We chose SRW for a new roof on our house and pool shed. Joe walked us through the roofing options and explained the entire process. He also effectively handled the insurance claim. SRW finished the job in one day and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend.
We returned home from a weekend away to find a massive branch had fallen from the oak in our front yard and landed on our roof; damaging it, the chimney, and the gutter. Fortunately for us, my sister-in-law had recently been singing the praises of a certain contractor who helped her with a similar issue. She gave us Joe’s contact information that night and we texted him as soon as she did (around 10 pm) – he replied immediately and was at the house the very next morning. Not only did he and his team perform the cleanup and removal of the fallen branch, they also tarped the damaged area of the roof, identified additional damage that the chimney had sustained, and did extensive water cleanup in our basement (due to sump pump failure). With the exception of contacting the insurance company to put in my claim, I had little to no dealings with them – Joe handled it ALL. And the speed with which he managed the whole process – from claim to repairs – was truly remarkable. This being the first claim I had ever filed, I was a bit apprehensive. Joe rendered that apprehension completely unnecessary. I can’t thank him enough. I definitely know who I’ll call for any and all future repairs/renovations.

The quality of the products he offers and the care he puts into the work doesn’t go unnoticed. After the roof and gutter work that his team did was completed, we had him replace a window and would honestly have loved it if he could have handled all of our home reno projects.
