First Inspect Home Inspections LLC

I am happily sharing that the inspector came early and, incredibly enough, had already finished examining the exterior of the property before the time of the appointment! Equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment, the inspector was prepared for any and all eventualities. The report produced mere hours after completion of the inspection was very clear and very thorough. Last but not least, in addition to the high level of professionalism, the inspector's friendliness must be highlighted.

Excelente Job

David inspected two houses for me this year and if I ever need another one inspected, he’s the person who will do it. He is thoroughly professional, prompt and efficient and delivers a comprehensive report within a day. He encourages the client to ask questions and takes the time to respond…with Dave it’s not just lip service. He explains what he’s doing and why, throughout the process and makes the client feel comfortable that his money is being spent wisely. Dave is accessible post inspection in the event the customer has further questions or needs recommendations. I can’t encourage prospective buyers enough to engage the services of Dave and his company. I guarantee that you won’t be disappointed.

Very prompt, thorough, professional and detail oriented in the inspection. We had to do a follow up inspection to get repairs verified, and they went out of his way to accommodate us in his busy schedule and perform the inspection lat a short notice. Would highly recommend them!

Dave always does an excellent job. He is thorough, professional and efficient. Dave has knowledge about everything related residential home inspections and I never hesitate to refer him to customers and friends.
