Stumps are the whole job here. Sylvester Stump Grinding says it serves Falmouth, Yarmouth, Freeport, Brunswick and Harpswell, and describes a customer base of residential, commercial and municipal clients, along with churches and colleges. On Google it holds 5 stars from 84 ratings. A recent customer said Chris did the stump grinding on their property at a reasonable price, then raked the entire work area, even the tracks the grinder left on the lawn. A recent Google reviewer described removing multiple large and smaller stumps from a yard, with Chris leaving the yard in great shape. A recent customer wrote that the stumps on the property were ground down and extra care was taken with the neighboring lot. A 2019 customer said they contacted DigSafe, showed up on time on the day of the job, and ground down 10 stumps in less than an hour before raking the area. A 2019 reviewer with 15 stumps to remove said the job was surveyed 3 days after the inquiry and the stumps were gone within 3 weeks. A 2019 customer said Jes quoted a fair price for a front-yard stump, and that Jes and Skip removed it, left a neat pile of woodchips and explained how to get grass to grow back. A 2018 customer said Jes came by within an hour of the call to give an estimate, and the job left 3 neatly raked piles of wood chips where 3 stumps had been. A 2018 reviewer said he carted all the wood chips over to a garden so they could be used as mulch.
