In a 2020 review, a customer wrote that they had the entire first floor and basement painted "as well as our dark kitchen cabinets into a spectacular white kitchen," and called Priscilla and her crew prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, adding that the job finished on time. In a 2019 review, a customer who called at the last minute for outdoor staining and painting wrote that Priscilla met to review the projects, made suggestions on the type of paint or stain for each one, and stopped by each day to check the progress of the work. A separate 2019 review says they painted areas of a newly purchased home while the customer lived out of state, with the job done to the customer's specifications through multiple phone calls. In a 2018 review, a customer wrote that they were very neat and repaired a ceiling that needed more work than the customer thought. Another 2018 review describes a power wash and stain of an exterior deck. In a 2015 review, a customer who hired them to paint 2 large hallways/stairwells called Priscila very responsive and said they were competitively priced and able to start the job quickly. In a 2014 review, a customer wrote that the work went beyond simple painting: they installed a counter, tiled a backsplash and installed wallboard in a very dingy old house, and had a professional cleaner come in at the end of the job. A 2015 review listed cons of expensive, average quality control, work that needed monitoring and many missed areas, while saying they were responsive when issues with workmanship were pointed out. A separate 2015 review called the cost a bit high and the work excellent.
