Fleury Finish Carpentry is a husband-and-wife operation out of Wayland, working the Greater Boston area on the kind of finish work homeowners notice every day: crown molding, custom built-ins, staircases, and cabinetry. Vinny Fleury runs the crews and does the building; Adele Fleury handles the office side — the company describes itself as family-owned and run that way. Its reputation on Google is a 5.0 average across 15 ratings, and the pattern holds up across several years of written reviews and on independent directories like contractorsranked.com and house.findpawpal.com, both of which also list a 5.0. The praise is consistent rather than a one-off spike: reviewers keep coming back to the same themes — close, careful trim and cabinetry work, and a willingness to redo something rather than leave it short of their own standard. At least one review notes the job wasn't entirely without hiccups along the way, but that the crew worked it through to a result the customer was satisfied with. The company's own site lists kitchen and bathroom remodeling alongside its core trim-and-carpentry work, though most of what shows up elsewhere is specifically about built-ins, moldings, and stairs rather than full room renovations — worth clarifying scope if a whole-room remodel, rather than the carpentry piece of one, is what's needed. Its Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license (#208119) checks out as active in the state registry. For finish work — custom built-ins, trim, staircases, cabinetry — with a small, hands-on crew, Fleury Finish Carpentry has a clean track record to point to; for a large-scale remodel spanning multiple trades, it's worth asking directly how much of that scope they take on themselves versus subcontract.

Vinny and his crew did a good job with our project (installing a large custom window and built-in along the wall). There were some issues along the way, but he is very professional and was relentless in ensuring the final product was up to his and our standards.

We recently worked with Fleury & they are very professional & true craftsmen. They listened to what we wanted, provided advice/ideas, & then built something absolutely lovely. Our fireplace build was tricky bc the floor was not level in multiple places & the initial box built by our contractor was not up to par. Instead of throwing up their hands, however, & saying "You are just going to get something that doesn't look as good," they worked the problem until they solved it. We couldn't have been happier with Vinny & his team & would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality woodworking. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Vinny and his crew are very hardworking people. They show up early and don’t leave until the sun goes down. If you are unhappy with anything, they will do what it takes to make it right, even if it means stripping everything and re-doing the entire project - which is what they did for us when they built our bay window trim. The price Vinny charges is very fair for the amount of work his team does, and they are very friendly people as well.

Vinny, Adele and his team brought our vision to life with Vinny’s meticulous attention to detail and his vision for our front stairway wainscoting as well as creating a beautiful mantel with wainscot. They also did a great job with new base moldings and painting. Thank you so much for updating my home to make it so elegant. We appreciate your hard work.
