Floors Reincarnated is a Simsbury flooring business with one Google rating, a 5-star one. A 2022 Google customer said Steve came out with samples so they could choose a stain for their new floors, and called it a very large job. When that 2022 customer later scratched the new floor moving a couch and asked Steve Skaret how to repair it, they said he insisted on coming to the house and fixed it. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, number HIC.0536029 under the name Floors Reincarnated, is expired on the state registry.
We love our new floors. We asked Steve to stain it and he came to provide samples for us to choose from. We wanted the project done while we were away and he worked with us. It was a very large job and I am sure he worked extra to finish on time. Finally we moved a couch and scratched our new floor. I asked Steve Skaret for guidance on how I could repair. He insisted on coming to the house and fixed it. Above and beyond!
