An unused kitchen corner became a coffee and wine bar for one Talcott Construction and Restoration customer. In an April 2026 Google review, the homeowner said Mark turned the space into something they used daily, kept them informed and arrived on time. Another April 2026 customer described a broader renovation after moving from Florida to Connecticut: Mark completely renovated the kitchen, replaced the laundry-room floor, changed door hardware, put up shelving and installed a shower door. They praised his renovation ideas and hard work. A third April reviewer had hired him for multiple home projects and valued his ideas for solving problems. A May 2026 reviewer praised Mark’s attentiveness and craftsmanship. Google lists a 5-star average from four ratings, and the company’s Connecticut home improvement contractor registration is active.
Mark is a true professional. He is attentive and listens. His craftsmanship is top notch and I’ll trust him and Talcott with many projects moving forward!
Mark did an awesome job on our kitchen project. We had this unused little spot and he turned it into a coffee/wine bar that we actually use every day now. It came out even better than I pictured. He was always on time, super reliable, and easy to communicate with. He kept me in the loop the whole time which I really appreciated. Would def hire Mark again and reccomend him if you’re looking to update your space.

He completely renovated our kitchen . He replaced our laundry room floor . He did numerous smaller jobs like changing out door knobs and hinges , putting up shelving, and installing a shower door .
