Excellent company I live in New York. Everything was over the phone work is in Connecticut very decent people trusted. I recommend them. The job was done in three days. I will continue doing business with them for my other rentals.
KPI did an amazing job installing our kitchen floor. The entire team was exceptional. The floor was a challenge - getting it level and then installing a complex pattern. If we could rate them 150% satisfaction we would. Thank you KPI. We couldn't be happier.
Rob was exceptional to work with. He was quick to respond and the service and product was top notch. I am so happy with my floors, they are beautiful.
I couldn’t be happier with Rob and KPI. I have had dozens of other contractors/companies working in my house the last several months and it’s safe to say, it is VERY hard to find a company that provides quality work. From start to finish, the entire experience with KPI was exceptional. The quality of the carpet installation was outstanding and the attention to detail was evident. Rob kept me informed every step of the way, was responsive to all my questions, and made sure to follow up after each stage of work. He genuinely cares about making sure everything was completed properly and that I was completely satisfied. It’s clear that this company takes pride in their work and truly values their customers. I highly recommend KPI to anyone that needs work done on any flooring project. I will most definitely be using them again for future projects.
KPI did a great job taking out old carpet and installing new in an upstairs bedroom, as well as replacing padding under part of a basement room rug and reattaching existing carpeting. We were very happy from start to finish.
