They did a home inspection while there, then came back within a few days to patch and block possible entrance points for mice or snakes. A 2025 customer with a raccoon problem said Max set traps, monitored them daily including weekends, and installed a more permanent solution the day after the raccoons were caught. Its BBB grade is A-, and BBB lists it as accredited. A 2025 customer said Max made time to deal with bats in their attic immediately because a contractor had stopped work until the bats were gone.
