Flying Prince House Cleaning

The cleaners were prompt, professional, and very careful with my furniture and flooring. My carpets are spotless, fresh-smelling, and look as good as new.

We did not have a good experience with this cleaning service. Raul, the manager, told us that he will come for the first cleaning to make sure his team understands what needs to be done. We set the day based on his availability, since he was not available on our preferred day. His team arrived without him. The cleaning overall was ok, except his team decided to open all of our windows to clean the inside sills without asking, despite the 20F temperature outside. This would have been a minor issue, but his staff did not properly close 5 of our windows. 2 of the windows are never meant to be opened - they forced them open and could not close them. We had to spend an hour taking the 2 windows apart to lock them correctly in the cold weather. Mistakes happen and we could have resolved this, but Raul over 2 long emails argued with us in detail about how this could not have happened, how we should have noticed that the windows were not fully closed before his staff left, etc. This is all despite him having never stepped into our house and so he had no idea what he was talking about. For what it’s worth, he gave us a ~10% discount. At their price point, there are much better choices.

We recently completed a renovation of our bathroom condo and had fine construction dust everywhere. We had planned to clean it ourselves until we saw the full scope of how pervasive the dust was. I reached out to Raul with the hopes that he could come in quickly. He fit us in two days later and the we were beyond happy with the results. Flying Prince cleaned items and areas we did not expect. Their standard of cleaning is exceptional.

Flying Prince has come to clean our 3-bedroom apartment twice now. During the initial visit, they did a full clean and scrub of the apartment. Surfaces I didn't even realize were dusty were spotless! They clean everything in the kitchen, I was pleasantly surprised to see dish drying rack emptied and dishwasher ran. They also wipe down the inside and outside of all the appliances. It was amazing coming home to this and was like walking into a brand new apartment. They do a great job of cleaning, making the beds, vacuuming. I cannot recommend enough, and the price is reasonable.

An absolutely amazing team! From communicating with Raul to schedule, to the professional and meticulous crew I am blown away at how clean my house is every time they leave. Every last detail is taken care of down to our coffee pot! Flying Prince is appropriately priced for the quality of service and honestly a true “deal” for the level and quality of cleaning they provide. I’ve had disappointing house cleaning services in the past but now that I’ve found FP I’m sold! Definitely my go-to company!
