In a May 2024 review, a buyer described Mark spending more than two hours checking the home, running each appliance, testing hot-water temperature and checking lights and outlets throughout the house, garage and attic. The customer said he also inspected beneath the home, examined the roof and exterior, and delivered a 45-page report within an hour of finishing. Another customer, writing in April 2024 about an investment property, said the inspection took a little more than two hours and praised the digital report.
