Overpriced company who only uses subcontractors. Subcontractors don't speak english.
Highly recommended! Zach was so friendly and easy to work with! He gave us a reasonable price for the install of herringbone pattern tile in our mudroom and half bath. He was timely and communicative and responded promptly to any questions during the entire process. Mags and the other workers were meticulous with their process and very respectful of our space, our time, and our two big dogs (who demanded belly rubs several times a day)! We came across some complexities along the way, simply due to how the house was originally constructed but Zach and his crew took the time to explain it all to us along with our options and have us the time to feel comfortable with our decisions. Really couldnâ t recommend them more - I would give them 10 stars if it let me. Amazing team that does great quality work!

Zach and his crew did a fantastic job with the overall replacing wood bathroom floor with tile but then went beyond expectations and assisted with replacing new toilet, sink, baseboards, and trim. We are very satisfied and Zach is a terrific person who takes the time and energy to steer us in the right direction without overselling. Everything come out great and on budget and finished before Thanksgiving, which was important for our family. Thank you, Zach, and Footprints Floors South Shore.
