I have been connected to the Foran family for over 50 years, so when I moved to the Cape in 2007 from Central Mass, I knew that I could count on Patrick and his team when I needed Real Estate guidance. Having retired after a 20 year career as a Realtor in Central Mass, I recognized that I would need the Professional guidance that Foran Realty could provide in order to keep up with the myriad of changes occurring in the industry. The sale of a property is a complex process, and compounded when that property is waterfront. Ours was no exception. Patrick went above and beyond to help handle the myriad of details, and even help with the move. All was done with a very positive, supportive approach. “How can we help” was often heard during this process which moved smoothly and quickly. The time from our accepting the offer to the closing was 65 days. Outstanding!
