So glad we had Chris as our realtor. I was sure Chris was the right person to sell my mother’s home even before our first meeting. I had explained over emails that selling the house was going to be very emotional for my mother whose whole identity was tied to the home she so loved and cared for for over 45 years. He took what I said to heart. Of course he had to convince my Mom, a very savvy 97 year old who had been down this road many times prior.
