Its website lists water, fire and storm damage restoration, mold removal and reconstruction, and the company says it has been in business 10 years. On Google it shows 4.6 stars from 81 ratings. A customer who had a flood said the company came out immediately and that Glenn made sure everything was okay from beginning to end. A customer whose basement flooded with about 1.5 inches of water said Force 1 answered the call at 6am and two technicians, Josh and Lou, were on site by 8am. A customer whose basement bath was damaged by leaking pipes said Glen came within an hour of the call and Dave kept the project on track and on time. A customer who called about a possible leak said the technician reported saturated insulation and a water leak, and a second company that came out the next day found no leak and dry insulation. A customer who used the pack-out and reconstruction service said belongings were damaged, trim was repaired with joint compound and painted over, and paint went on without the outlet covers being removed.
