Forest Keepers

Forest Keepers describes itself on its website as a tree service company based on Cape Cod, offering tree pruning, removal, cabling and bracing, stump grinding and lot clearing across Cape Cod and the South Shore. A 2019 customer wrote that after a tornado, Chris arrived on site within hours to assess the damage, and his team came later that same afternoon and worked late into the evening to remove a large tree from the roof along with three others. That 2019 customer said the estimate was several hundred dollars less than the other two they received. A 2026 customer wrote that Zac gave an estimate on a large tree abutting power lines, and that they cleaned up and repaired divots. A 2026 reviewer said they took some trees down at a home in West Yarmouth and were fairly priced. A 2024 customer hiring them for a second time said they took a tall tree out of a difficult spot and that the crew cleaned up the site. A 2016 customer said they cut down two very large pine trees without damage to the lawns or the sprinkler systems. A 2022 customer said they pruned too early and did not return calls for eight months, and wrote that they defaulted on court appearances. A 2022 reviewer said they came with a very small crew for three large spruce trees and had to come back because they did not have enough gas for the chipper. A 2016 customer said they broke a large healthy tree while removing a dead one, and that the owner, Rick, never returned calls.
