Fortunes Finest power-washes houses. The company says it offers free estimates, and its website lists a service area of ten towns, including Wethersfield, Newington, Southington and West Hartford. One customer found Patrick through one of his advertising signs in West Hartford. He came to the house within the hour to go over the power washing job and quoted a price that customer called more than reasonable. On the day, he spent two hours at the house without rushing, let the customer walk along and point out spots for extra cleaning, and checked the gutters for leaf debris. Patrick washed the buildup off the north-facing side of a home, and that customer said the siding looks brand new and the pricing was very affordable. A power-washing customer said the house came out clean with no mold or oxidation. Patrick also cleaned gutters for a customer who said he showed up on time and left everything clean when he finished. A customer wrote that Fortune's Finest has handled property maintenance at their mother's home for over 10 years. And a customer who needed graffiti removed said they came out the same day and took it off the property.
