Seventy-one Google ratings averaging 4.9, and what the reviews actually describe is less a showroom than a cabinet shop. Franklin Kitchen Center designs, builds, finishes and installs its own casework, and a customer writing in August 2024 put it plainly: they make their own cabinets, paint or stain them, and install everything. The through-line is patience at the design stage. A customer writing in October 2025 arrived with no idea what they wanted, went through more rendering iterations than they say they should have, and was never hurried; a July 2023 customer asked to see several scenarios and got 3D renderings of each. That patience shows in the awkward work. In January 2026 a homeowner noted that fitting cabinets into a 100-year-old house is not easy and the result still came out clean. A June 2023 customer had a vanity built for an oddly shaped bathroom. In June 2024 another handed over a photograph of a range hood and asked them to build it. They also keep turning up afterwards. A May 2026 customer who broke things themselves said an installer was sent within days, more than once. A June 2025 customer needed drawer adjustments years after the job and called the man who came a true artisan. Repeat work is common: a February 2026 customer had them do a kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry room and a pool house, and when a well tank let go the day after the pool-house install the cabinets survived, because the crew had quietly built them up three quarters of an inch on pressure-treated stock. Beyond kitchens, the same shop has produced a library wall, mudroom cubbies, a pantry, a banquette, office shelving and a home-theatre console. The counterweight is a single severe account. In July 2025 a customer wrote that the owner was unprofessional, that costs kept rising during the job, that work would not continue unless more money was paid, and that damage to their home went unrepaired; they said they had engaged an attorney. That is one customer's account rather than an established finding, and nothing else across five years resembles it — but it is exactly the thing to raise directly. Separately, a September 2025 customer who was otherwise satisfied noted missed paint details and communication that could have been clearer, and a November 2025 customer said the quote came in above other places they had considered. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. For custom cabinetry — a whole kitchen, a built-in wall, a vanity for a space nothing off the shelf will fit — this is a strong call. I asked the Franklin Kitchen Center to revitalize the kitchen cabinets in a house that I recently purchased. They repaired every flaw, installed new soft close hinges and painted them. The kitchen looks beautiful. I subsequently had to call them a couple of times because of things that I broke. They responded immediately and sent over one of their expert Installers within days. The quality of their products is impeccable but the customer service is even better. If you're thinking of doing a kitchen call Franklin Kitchen Center, you'll be thrilled with the results
Franklin Kitchen Center recently provided cabinetry for our kitchen renovation. The staff at FKC is very professional, courteous, and helpful in working out designs for our kitchen. We were not rushed, asked lots of questions, and were guided gently through the process. The quality of their work is superb. The natural oak cabinets are beautiful! We never felt pressured at all. They were truly guides who helped us figure out what worked best for our project. They also worked well with our contractor to coordinate the many pieces of the final installation. When we encountered an unforeseen glitch (not caused by FKC) they responded promptly and professionally. The staff responded politely to all our questions and concerns with respect and reassurance. I highly recommend Franklin Kitchen Center. They are a local business with high standards and quality products. Five stars!

FKC is great. Brayn, josh, Chris and Jake Did a great job on all of our projects. Cant thank them enough. Won't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend. Very good quality cabinets and installation. We had them install our kitchen cabinets, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and pool house. Day after of the pool house install we had our well tank let go. Chris and Jake built the cabinets up off the floor 3/4" with pressure treated wood that you couldn't even see. When I walked out there and saw the cabinets "sitting in water" I was devastated. But then realizing what Chris and Jake did as a standard practice saved the brand new cabinets. Couldn't have been anymore happier. I'll upload some pictures soon but I had to get this review out since it was way over due. Thanks FKC!
They work with excellence. Friendly service, they made a very high-quality cabinet.
