Kennedy Restorations

We used Kennedy Restorations this summer to have our old deck replaced. We had a much larger deck built using custom Azek materials. The deck came out incredible! We get nothing but compliments from neighbor's and family and have been really enjoying our time out there! Peter and his crew were very informative and consultative which was critically important due to availability of materials from covid-19 issues. Peter and his team are great people and do great work! We highly recommend!

My wife and I hired Kennedy Restorations to finish our basement and build an addition to house a mud room and second laundry room. Peter is very responsive and his crew are very efficient and professional. I found his pricing very fair as well. As with any project there was an occasional hiccup, but Peter handled them promptly and we were very satisfied. We will do more work with Kennedy Restorations in the future.

I have been happily, using Kennedy Restorations as my “go to” contractor. Three years ago, I hired Pete and his guys too remodel two of our upstairs bathrooms. His crew were always on-time and did a great job. Pete is easy to work with; he is always conscious of the budget and let me go and get the specific products I wanted. I was able to purchase what I wanted online, at big box stores and specialty stores. His guys picked-up everything to ensure that the order was accurate and not damaged. He even let me hire my own carpenter to make the vanity and side cabinet that I designed. The bathrooms were on time and on budget and looked great. Since then, I call Kennedy Restorations for any work I need on the house. When they replaced rotting window sills, they found that the side of the house had an unknown interior flood. Pete reschedules some time to make sure that it was repaired immediately! They have also replaced a bulkhead, attic stairs and trim that was attracting woodpeckers. Currently, they are building a new deck with modern composite product. I have recommended Kennedy a Restorations to neighbors and friends and they too, are happy with then renovations and decks that his company has performed.

Kennedy Restorations is top notch. They’ve done two decks for me, finished my basement, and have done various projects over the years. Talented craftsmen, functional design recommendations, quality work. When I hire Kennedy Restorations I know the job will be done right, no corners will be cut, and My project will remain on budget. Peter and his crew care about people and their customers, are responsive, and do beautiful work.
