C.R. Schmall Building & Remodeling, LLC

We had a great experience with CR Schmall Building & Remodeling. They completely transformed our first floor, removing walls and installing a large beam to create an open, spacious layout. Their team was professional, reliable, and stayed right on schedule throughout the project. They were also communicative and kept us informed every step of the way, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality work and a team you can trust.

We had a great experience with our kitchen remodel, from start to finish. Every member of Chris's team and subcontractors took great care in their work and delivered a beautiful project right on time. Any hiccups - as there always will be a few! - were handled quickly and with full transparency. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and they made a major project feel manageable. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY recommend Chris and his team. We put an addition on our home (living space, office, and half bath), and Chris and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Very helpful with design ideas, all while keeping our budget and space constraints in mind. Didn't try to upsell. It was a large project, so it was to be expected that a few "surprises" popped up along the way. Chris and his team were very helpful every time in finding solutions -- often with ideas we liked even better than our original plans, and also sticking to our original budget. We recommend Chris and team whole-heartedly.

My neighbor used CR Schmall for their kitchen remodel and recommended them when it was time to replace our work out and leaking bathroom. I had two other contractors out who seemed a bit unorganized and all over the place. From the beginning I could tell Chris was well organized and planned well. A bit of a wait as he told me to get started but honestly it took as long to pick out the tile, fixtures and colors - which his designer helped with. The process was quick, but didn’t seem rushed. I appreciated giving feedback and not feeling as though I was a bother. They truly are a fantastic team and hope to have them back to do my kitchen someday!

We didn't think twice about working with Chris and his team - from our first meeting, to design, to demo and finish, he and his team were professional, respectful, friendly and did beautiful work, all while being on time (2 months) and within our budget. The entire team knows what they're doing, and it shows in their work and interaction with the customer! Chris is very thorough and has high standards that show in the finished product. We get so many compliments on our kitchen, and we love using it every day. We will be repeat customers for sure!
