Fraser Construction is a Mashpee outfit working roofs, siding and copperwork across the Cape. A January 2025 commenter on r/CapeCod sent a neighbor their way and noted they travel from Provincetown to Plymouth. What the people who hired them write about is the appointment being kept. Nearly half of the 24 written accounts, running 2013 to 2025, say a version of the same thing: they came when they said they would. In a June 2025 review a homeowner wrote that Matt arrived early, found the roof problem and fixed it that day. A September 2024 customer had french doors taken out and a sliding glass door put in, a job that meant redoing the opening, shingles and soffit. Several reviewers mention how the site was left. A March 2021 customer named the two project managers, Dan and Steve, and said the property was cleaner when the crew finished than before they started. In May 2018 a homeowner was glad to find a roofer who would take on a repair at all, and noticed the crew being careful of the plantings under the ladder. One thing to settle up front: a December 2018 customer wrote that the company asks for a third of the payment before work begins — they hated paying ahead, then said the crew did exactly what it said it would. For a Cape homeowner with a roof to replace or a leak to chase, and for the skylight and copperwork jobs many roofers pass on, this is a long-established call. Ask what the payment schedule looks like now, and get the carpentry around the roof — soffit, trim, any opening that has to be rebuilt — written into the scope before the crew arrives.

I would highly recommend them. I used them before to replace a skylight and was impressed. This project they removed french doors and replaced with a sliding glass door. They did a fantastic job which required redoing the opening, shingles, and soffit. They arrived on time each day and had others stopping by to check progress, remove debris, etc.
