Roof repair is what customers write about most, and the recurring theme is speed. A June 2025 reviewer said the estimator arrived early, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. A 2023 reviewer said the company responded immediately and fixed the roof quickly. A 2018 reviewer was specifically grateful that the company would take on a repair at all rather than only full replacements, and noted the crew worked carefully around plantings near the ladder. Larger jobs show the same pattern. A 2024 reviewer had french doors removed and replaced with a sliding glass door, which meant rebuilding the opening, shingles and soffit, and had previously used the company for a skylight. A March 2021 reviewer said the whole job ran from estimate to completion in under a week; another that month named the two project managers and the sales manager and said the property was left cleaner than it started. Second, a 2018 reviewer described being asked for a third of the price before work began; confirm the payment schedule in writing, since Massachusetts caps a home improvement deposit at a third of the contract price.
