H&A Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of MA

Michael was really good from H&A Dryer Vent & Air Duct Service in Mashpee. He found damage to the chimney and did a thorough cleaning of our dryer vent. The chimney repair was finished in a timely and expert manner. A hornet nest was taken out of our attic by their pest control service. Additionally, we decided to insulate our attic, which greatly increased the energy efficiency of our house. Their mold removal and remediation service took care of the mold problem in the basement when it was found. A little leak close to the chimney was fixed by their roofing service. The range of services they offer is astounding. Our first choice for anything related to home in Mashpee is now H&A!

On 6/12/25 I made an appointment for an estimate for duct cleaning. The appointment was scheduled from 10am to 2pm . At 2:30 I called H&A asking about my appointment. Audrey apologized and said the Technician took sick and went home. On 6/19 25 another appointment was scheduled from 10an to 1pm. Again, no one showed. I called a second time and got Audrey again and notified her about the second no show. Apologies are not accepted at this point! All I needed was a phone call. Two days lost waiting! H&A gets an F- in my book! Be careful if you have anything planned on the day of appointment! You probably will be late!
