A dispute over $950 in pool lights was the subject of an April 2011 Google review of Fred Martin Pool Spa. The customer said they and their wife bought a Crestwood pool with lights included, but the lights were never supplied or installed. They reported finding the $950 charge in their agreement and contacting Fred, whom they identified as the owner, after the first season. The reviewer said Fred promised to look into it, and that they also sent their electrician to discuss the issue. They alleged that Fred subcontracted the work and was absent from the job, and said they intended to go to court. These allegations were made in the 2011 review. Google displays a 1-star rating from one customer.
absolutely the worst place to do business with. seriously this dealer promised wife and I lights in pool when we purchased crestwood pool, and did not supply and install..this didn't bother me because I figured they were just light, well what I found out was These lights are 950.00 dollars, witch I paid for. After the first season I called owner Fred and he said he would look into. After looking at agreement contract I clearly paid 950.00.I even sent my electrician down to talk with him and he stated they were with package and was misplaced somewhere on my part.installer never had the lights because owner Fred want to keep more profit..We will be in court soon.He also is never on the job and subcontracts all he's work this way he can't be accountable for say..Go somewhere else.
