Every written review of Fresh Landscape & Masonry names the same person: Jorge Perez, who owns the Hudson company and, by its own account, works on every project himself. Its six Google ratings average five stars. The jobs customers describe are stonework. In August 2024 one homeowner wrote about two retaining walls, new patio space and an outdoor kitchen the crew built; another that month called a newly designed bluestone patio flawlessly installed. The maintenance side shows up too: this past April a customer credited Jorge and his crew with both landscaping and snow removal, which lines up with the lawn and turf care and the snow and ice management the company lists next to its hardscape work. The company says it started as a one-man operation and has been at it about ten years, covering Hudson and Marlborough. Worth raising early: a 2025 reviewer opened with "A GEM IN NEEDHAM", a good distance east of that stated area, so if you are outside Hudson or Marlborough ask whether they travel and what it does to scheduling. A good call for a patio, a retaining wall or an outdoor kitchen where you want the owner on site rather than a rotating crew. Ask how far ahead they are booking, and whether fall snow contracts compete with build work.
