I had a deep clean scheduled the cleaner that showed up, took one look at the place to make sure what I want done and then suddenly said she couldn’t do it because I had three bags of trash in the living room that hadn’t been taken out yet. I tried to explain to her that I was disabled and that I couldn’t take the trash out on my own that someone comes by to take it out, but she wouldn’t listen she left. I contacted the owner or I’m assuming it was the owner of the company via text message that I was Sent and never got a reply back apparently this company doesn’t care about customers with disabilities or agreeing to complete work that they said they would do avoid this company at all cost
Cintia did an amazing job doing a deep cleaning after a construction project. Totally recommend without question.
