Fretless Home Inspection is a Manchester, New Hampshire home inspection business run by Jason Edney; BBB lists it as 8 years in business and names a New Hampshire Board of Home Inspectors license, #00528, in his name. Four 5-star reviews from 2018 to 2020, on Google and Angi, describe inspections homeowners called thorough and professional. A 2020 review said Jason's detailed report on an antique farmhouse would help with repairs for years to come, and a 2019 review praised how thoroughly he walked a buyer through a home's potential problems, even though she ultimately kept looking for a different house. Two 2018 Angi reviews called the work thorough, professional and reasonable. Its HomeAdvisor page mirrors Angi's exactly — the same two reviews and rating — so that's a copy, not a second, independent read on the business. A reasonable call for a home inspection in the Manchester area; confirm his license is current and ask what a recent inspection report looks like before booking.

Jason was incredibly thorough with our home inspection. His detailed report will be of immense help to us as we make repairs on our new antique farmhouse in years to come. His friendly yet professional manner makes it a pleasure to work with him.

Jason was extremely professional and dedicated! Jason had inspected a home for me and after had decided as a single mom that the repairs were just too much! Jason was very thorough in his inspection and insured I knew all the potential problems. I continued to search for a home and when I finally found one Jason was the first to know. He had been away for the weekend on vacation but was still quick to respond! Soon after returning from vacation Jason found there had been an error in his licensing and that he would have to power through some courses in order to do the inspection. Knowing how time sensitive inspections can be he rushed right on it! Worked late through the night and powered through to deliver! Absolutely outstanding service an dedication, as a first time home buyer and single mom it was much appreciated. Jason your one of a kind and I couldn’t say enough great things about you! If I ever buy another house you’ll be the first I call.
