The Inspection Smith

I called Don to ask for a home inspection on short notice, he was able to meet within our timeline. Don was thorough, took a lot of pictures and wrote recommendations of items needing attention. The report was lengthy but very thorough and detailed. He was very personable and friendly through the entire process, we were able to ask questions to get an honest answer back. I would use the Inspection Smith again, highly recommend!

I found Don to be knowledgeable in all aspects of the inspection. Don arrived a few minutes before we did and had already made some key observations. He was very patient with my questions and allowed some questions outside the inspection focus. Don is extremely efficient in that items included in the report I did not notice he had looked at. He was helpful in highlighting areas that may need attention and gave suggestions as to solutions. His phone and electronic communications prior to and post inspection were timely and easy to navigate.
