Frohmiller Construction is a Bath builder that takes on new homes, garages and whole-house renovations. On its Houzz profile, the company says it has built homes and small commercial buildings in Mid-Coast Maine since 1985. Local news sites have described renovation work by the company. A 2023 Google customer said they reached out to Frohmiller toward the end of summer 2021 with an idea for a Greek revival garage, that Nate reached back out, and that the garage was finally finished in Fall 2022. That 2023 customer described them as responsive throughout the entire process. A 2020 Houzz customer said the company had completed many projects for them over the past 30+ years, including complete commercial build outs, a nearly 6000sf personal home and multiple smaller projects. That 2020 customer said Chuck and the crew were always responsive and helpful. A 2016 Houzz customer said the company did several remodeling projects for them, including a bathroom remodel and re-siding. That 2016 customer said there were delays because of the sub-contractors and the discovery of unexpected needed repairs, and praised the company's honesty and work ethic. A 2013 Houzz customer described a large renovation in which a chimney was removed, the kitchen was taken back to the studs and rebuilt, and new floors and ceilings went in. That 2013 customer reported some trouble with sub-contractors, some unexplained delays and some trouble with billing explanation, but called it pretty OK.

“The project started early this spring and was awarded to Frohmiller Construction on a contract basis. The work performed was to completely remove the original siding, repair badly decayed sills, framing and sheathing, and inspect the sheathing and insulation, repairing all deficient areas.”
“Frohmiller Construction is doing the renovation work, designed in collaboration with Simons Architects.”
“The library will work with local builder Frohmiller Construction and Maine architecture firm Simons Associates to renovate the lobby over the next several months.”
I reached out to Frohmiller towards the end of Summer 2021 with an idea for a Greek revival garage. Nate reached back out and through the Fall we planned to start in the Spring 2022, finally finishing in Fall 2022. Throughout the entire process they were extremely responsive, professional, and enjoyable to work with The planning flowed easily and in the end we got more than we could have imagined. I couldn't recommend them more for home projects and they have made a customer for life.
Great location easy In-N-Out access Christopher Miller is the sweetest person in the world and his personal equally as beautiful
I’ve been extremely pleased with all construction projects completed for me by Frohmiller Construction. This involves many projects, large and small, over the past 30+ years. These projects include complete commercial build outs, a nearly 6000sf personal home and multiple smaller projects. Chuck and the crew have always been extremely responsive and helpful. Quality work abounds. Needless to say, I recommend them!
We have used this company for several remodeling projects, i.e., bathroom remodel, re-siding and "curb appeal" jobs. There were delays because of the sub-contractors and the discovery of unexpected needed repairs. What separates this company from other contractors is their honesty and work ethic. "Good enough" is not in their vocabulary, they will always try to make it "right".
Large renovation, chimney removed, kitchen taken back to the studs and rebuilt, new floors and ceilings, electrical replaced, plumbing done from the entrance done. Some trouble with sub-contractors, some unexplained delays, some trouble with billing explanation but pretty OK.
