I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with Fergus Stephens and his employees at All Squared Away Boothbay Harbor! Good communication and clear expectations are important to me, and Fergus was good on both. The quality of the final product exceeded our expectations and was as high as we hoped for. He met with us to plan our home project, he helped us cost out options, he worked hard to communicate regularly with us, and his oral and written communications were clear. Construction projects always need adjustment on our end and on the contractor’s part, and Fergus worked with us to get decisions made, costs projected, and progress steady. The folks that Fergus put on our job did good work, were helpful, upbeat, friendly, and reliable. Everyone’s commitment to making things right was high. The new rooms are really comfortable and attractive - we’re so happy.
Haven’t met anyone in the Boothbay Harbor area quite like Fergus of All Squared Away. He is reliable, meticulous, fair and has done a of wonderful job on everything we’ve hired him to do. I would highly recommend him.
We've used All Squared Away for 2 projects and have been very happy with both results. The first project was a simple screen door instal and the second was a complicated porch rebuild using Timbertech. On both projects, the contractor was very easy to work with and was respectful of our home and surroundings. On both projects, I have been quite impressed with the attention to detail that the All Squared Away crew paid to how the work was performed and how to make the end product look great. All Squared Away will be the first and only company we call for future projects and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They are truly a hidden gem in the Boothbay Region. The unpainted boards in the attached photo were at our request and are not an oversight by the contractor.
Wow wow wow. Working with Fergus has been nothing short of fantastic! His dedication to making the client experience as easy and smooth as possible is amazing to see. He's always looking for ways to improve on his processes to offer an even better customer service and an easier way to proceed for him and his team along the way. I 100% recommend All Squared Away LLC!
